The shipment of your parcel
Packages are usually sent within 2 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and delivery without signature. If you prefer a delivery by UPS Extra with a signature required, an additional cost will apply, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping charges include handling and packing charges and postage. The management costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken in the case of fragile objects.
The boxes are suitably large in size and your items are well protected.
